Detroit Metropolitan Airport is approximately 25 minutes east of Ann Arbor (A taxi to the U-M North Campus is about $50). Several rental car agencies have branches at the airport.

Driving Directions from Detroit Metro Airport to the Beyster Building
Exit the airport following the signs to I-94 West. Take I-94 West to Exit 180, US-23 North. Take Exit 41, Plymouth Road. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Plymouth Road. Go approximately two miles and take a left onto Murfin Road. Go past the four-way stop sign and turn left on Hayward Street. The Beyster building will be on your right.
