Travel awards will be up to $350. Consideration towards necessary travel will be considered on a case-by-case basis with selected participants when determining awarded amount. Please remember, in addition to potentially receiving a travel award, participants will be provided lodging.
We will work with selected participants to better understand their travel plans and work with individuals regarding which nights to plan to reserve a hotel room: September 19th and 20th.
We will be providing on-campus meals for selected participants. Please refer to the schedule for identified meals. In addition, we will be providing dinner on Friday, September 20th in Ann Arbor, and on-ground transportation to identified locations in the schedule will be arranged too. All other financial matters when visiting will be the responsibility of the participants.
We will be leading a series of topics during the workshop, and encourage selected participants to bring draft versions of their application materials, if available. There will be dedicated time for individual feedback.
